Mibelle Biochemistry is launching a new active ingredient in the Food & Health sector. It is called EnduBerry™ Nu and is the first product that Mibelle Biochemistry has developed explicitly for the important market of sports nutrition.
EnduBerry™ Nu is made from the Haskap berry. This is also called blue honeysuckle or blue double berry because of its appearance. The berry is very rich in anthocyanins, which are one of nature's most powerful antioxidants and can protect our cells from ageing and disease. That is why the haskap berry is also called "the new superfood".
Scientific data proves that the Haskap berry can improve the performance as well as the endurance of athletes thanks to the anthocyanins. We found that several mechanisms of action work together to improve cellular fitness and increase physiological fitness. It could be shown that after only seven days of supplementation, the runners were able to significantly improve their race time by 25 seconds over a distance of 5 km.
