An evening full of anniversaries and colorful parrots

Milestones deserve to be celebrated. They remind us where we have come from, what we have achieved together, and most importantly, the people who have made the journey possible.

This year marked a very special occasion for our Mibelle Biochemistry as we celebrated our 35th anniversary. Alongside this corporate milestone, we also had the privilege of recognizing five employees celebrating their own work anniversaries. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment have helped shape our success and our culture over the years.

To honor these achievements, we spent a memorable evening at the Parrot Park Ambigua in Zeihen. Surrounded by colorful birds, the celebration offered the perfect opportunity to step away from our daily routines and enjoy time together as a team.

A Fascinating Journey Through the World of Parrots

The evening began with a guided tour through the park. We learned about the remarkable diversity, intelligence, and personalities of the parrots living at Ambigua. Many of these parrots were rescued from inappropriate living conditions and have found a new home at Ambigua. From vibrant macaws to curious cockatoos, the birds impressed us with their beauty and their unique behaviors.

The tour was not only entertaining but also educational, giving us fascinating insights into conservation efforts, the importance of preserving biodiversity and appropriate bird care. It was a refreshing experience that sparked curiosity, conversations, and plenty of smiles.

Celebrating the People Behind Our Success

While our Mibelle Biochemistry's 35-year journey was at the heart of the event, we were especially proud to recognize the five colleagues celebrating their personal anniversaries.

First of all, our founder and business development director Fred Zülli had also his 35th anniversary. No one is as closely connected to Mibelle Biochemistry as Fred; listing all of his achievements here would go beyond the scope of this blog, but Mibelle Biochemistry’s current market position speaks for itself. Four other heroes have left a lasting mark during their time with us:

• Michael Müller, Head of Operations, 15 years
• Christine Meier, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, 10 years
• Carlos Muñoz-Hernando, Senior R&D Scientist, 10 years
• Torsten Grothe, Head of Food&Health, 10 years

Years of dedication, teamwork, innovation, and passion cannot be measured simply by numbers. Each anniversary represents countless contributions, shared experiences, and lasting relationships built over time. We sincerely thank our jubilarians for their commitment and for helping make our Mibelle Biochemistry what it is today.

Good Food, Great Mibelle Biochemistry

No celebration would be complete without great food and even better Mibelle Biochemistry. Following the tour, we gathered for a relaxed BBQ, enjoying delicious food, lively conversations, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The afternoon gave everyone the chance to connect across teams, share memories, and create new ones. It was a reminder that while business achievements are important, it is the people and relationships behind them that truly define Mibelle Biochemistry.
