Mibelle Biochemistry relies on solar power
The Mibelle Group has put a new photovoltaic system into operation at its site in Buchs. Solar power is sustainable, attractively priced and makes us independent of traditional energy suppliers.
The Mibelle Group has installed a new photovoltaic system in Buchs and has made around 1900m2 of its roof area available for this purpose. The Mibelle Group is thus becoming an electricity producer itself. The system with an output of around 330 kWP produces around 6% of our total electricity consumption.
The rest of the electricity is since 2020 covered with 100% electricity from renewable hydroelectric power in Switzerland.
